Returns & Refunds

Your legal rights: Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a refund, if you request one in writing, within 14 days of receipt.

Our policy: You can return your item/s within 30 days of the date of receipt of your order and receive a refund, please refer to full terms of this policy below.

Contact us at sales@esperhq.com with the following details:

  • your name
  • your company
  • order / invoice number
  • contact phone number
  • and details of the product(s) you will be returning.

Items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty), in the original packaging with the contents of the box, including manuals and cables. The item/s should be undamaged and unused. We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including: any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.

Refund Policy

We will refund the bank debit or credit card used to make your purchase for the full amount paid for the products within 14 days of our receipt of the product. The 14 day return period starts from the day after the last product from your order arrives. We will notify you once your refund has been issued.

Please allow up to 5 – 10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card / bank statement. Please note that we can only accept returns from the person who originally purchased the items. See our full Terms and Conditions here.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are at the customers expense and are non-refundable, except in the case of a delivery error from us or a manufacturing defect in the equipment. For all exchanges and refunds, return shipping must be arranged and prepaid by the customer.

If a product is deemed faulty, Esper will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct thorough testing to confirm the fault. If no fault is found, the return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Custom Fees and Taxes

Non-EU purchasers are responsible for any import duties or other taxes which may by customs clearance. We do not calculate these fees when you checkout. Any packages returned due to the refusal of the customer to pay levied custom duties or taxes, customers are responsible for the full order price and shipping costs for the order.
